Data Deletion Instructions

You are always in control of your data on MLINO Content Studio, including any data connected through your Instagram account via Meta. This page explains how to disconnect a connected account and how to request full deletion of your data.

1. Disconnecting Your Instagram Account

If you only want to remove MLINO's access to your Instagram account, without deleting your whole MLINO account:

• Go to your workspace's Channels settings inside MLINO Content Studio and select "Disconnect" on the connected account.
• This immediately and permanently stops MLINO from publishing to or reading further data from that account. The encrypted access token record is not separately erased at this step — see our Privacy Policy for why — but it becomes unusable to MLINO right away.

You can also revoke MLINO's access directly from your own Instagram account: go to Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites (or your Meta Accounts Center's connected-apps settings) and remove "MLINO Content Studio" / "Content Publisher". This invalidates the access token on Meta's side immediately, independently of MLINO.

2. Requesting Full Account and Data Deletion

MLINO does not yet have a self-service "Delete Account" button inside the product. To permanently delete your MLINO account and all associated data, send an email to privacy@mlino.site with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your account. A person on our side confirms and carries out the deletion — it is not an automated process today.

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and workspace membership.
• Content drafts, briefs, and media stored in your workspace.
• Encrypted access tokens for any connected Meta accounts (this is the step that actually erases the stored token — disconnecting alone does not).
• Analytics and engagement data associated with your workspace.

Some minimal records (such as billing records required for legal or tax compliance) may be retained for the period required by law, after which they are also deleted.

4. Processing Time

We process data deletion requests within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
